All or Nothing is a well-edited and sweet debut from Emily Bunney. This hockey romance tells the tale of Matt and Mila who experience a serendipitous moment when they least expect it following disastrous previous relationships and downright toxic ex partners. What appeared to be a one night thing soon becomes something else entirely when they’re thrown back together unexpectedly. Will secrets and pasts bring them together or pull them further apart?
Full disclosure, I’m not much of a sports romance reader or fan and I know nothing about hockey but I did find this a really enjoyable read. Both Matt and Mila are really likable characters, they’re adorable together and their chemistry jumps off the page. There were a couple of twists and turns and bumps in the road that, whilst a touch predictable, kept me invested and added dimension to the book. One of my favourite elements of this book was the secondary characters and their involvement. I can’t wait to learn more about Bugs, Nate, Thor and the rest of the Seattle Whalers team in future books.
I’m not sure I could do it with a regular guy, let alone a hot as hell, millionaire hockey superstar. He had the potential to obliterate my heart, not just trample it. I’m an all or nothing kind of girl.
The author is clearly passionate about hockey and she sure knows her stuff! If you love hockey, this one is definitely for you. If, like me, you don’t know much about hockey, you’ll certainly learn more about the sport by reading this book. Also, who doesn’t love a nice romance with gorgeous book boyfriends and plenty of heat?
I love you, Mila. I mean head over heels, fly halfway across the country to find you, deeply and completely in love with you.
If you’re looking for a light-hearted (mostly) sports read with gorgeous hockey players who are also real sweethearts (for the most part) grab All or Nothing – you won’t be disappointed.

ALL OR NOTHING
A one night stand turns into an inconvenient love affair that threatens both their careers. Mila has been hurt by a cheating fiancé and needs a fresh start, Matt has been deceived by a lying puck bunny with a hidden agenda. Can they let go of their baggage and find each other again?
MILA
After my scumbag fiancé cheated on me, I decide I need to put a continent between us and land a job with the NHL team in Seattle. Only problem is – I know nothing about hockey. Also I’m trying to forget about the hot, anonymous one-night stand I had in the hotel after my interview. Can I make the fresh start I’m hoping for or will my one-night stand come back to bite me on the ass?
MATT
I can’t get that sexy redhead out of my mind. We had one incredible night together and then she disappeared without a trace. I’m trying to leave my bad choices and deception in Chicago by getting traded to the Seattle Whalers NHL team. I need to keep my head in the game and not be distracted. Little do I know that my biggest distraction is about to show up and throw both our fresh starts into a tailspin.
Will Mila and Matt give each other ALL OR NOTHING?
About Emily Bunney
I began reading romance novels in 2019 and became instantly hooked. I was inspired to write my own during the 2020 lockdown and first self-published on Wattpad. With the help of Instagram, I gained a loyal following and eventually secured a publishing contract with 4Horsemen Publications. I am a recent but enthusiastic follower of the Dallas Stars Ice Hockey team and in particular the delicious Tyler Seguin.
The first book in my Seattle Whalers hockey romance series – All or Nothing – is set to be released in February 2021.
I love an espresso martini, dirty-talking alpha heroes with tattoos and a lazy Sunday breakfast. I live with my husband and an extremely old feline fur baby.
