LOVE THE ONE YOU HATE BY R.S. GREY | REVIEW

There isn’t a book by R.S. Grey that I haven’t read and every time a new book is announced it automatically gets added to my TBR. I love a bit of dark and complicated romance and even a little twisted when the mood takes me but sometimes I just need something lighter to read, a standalone that offers you a nice, clean HEA. This is R.S. Grey’s forte – she never fails to weave an uplifting tale.

LAWLESS KINGDOM BY NATALIE BENNETT | REVIEW

Some readers know they’re going to read a book based purely on the cover. If that cover grabs you and doesn’t let go you probably don’t even have to read the blurb to know you’re going to give that book a read. Lawless Kingdom was like that for me. The cover art is just so eye-catching that I instantly wanted to know more and I definitely wanted to jump right in. The blurb only solidified that fact. Now, Natalie Bennett is a new author to me so even though I loved the look and sound of the book I really didn’t know what to expect from its content. She definitely followed through from the beautiful cover art though because I polished off this dark beauty in one sitting.

HATE (MADISON KATE #1) BY TATE JAMES | REVIEW

Full disclosure, I adore Tate James; a notion that was cemented when I first read The Vixen's Lead (shout out to Amazon for dropping that on my recommended reading list way back when). So, I’ve been counting down the days for the release of Hate and let me tell you it did not disappoint – it was EPIC and also kind of broke me too because holy cliff-hanger batman... but I'm getting ahead of myself!
